3AW heard two calls after the game describing heated exchanges among rival fans at Simonds Stadium.
The calls had slightly differing accounts of who was responsible for the incident.

Another caller told 3AW Football it started when a Geelong fan spat in his father’s face.
“That’s when the fight broke out,” he said.
