Leigh Matthews thinks Collingwood might need a “fresh start” in the coaching department.

Pressure is piling on Nathan Buckley after yet another loss, a 37-point hammering by Essendon at the MCG.

And the AFL great said the most likely outcome from here is that Buckley resigns.

“You get to a tipping point,” Lethal said.

“You might not get a better coach, but you get a fresh start.”

Tim Lane said a change of coach is now “inevitable” following Saturday’s result.
