Richo and Lingy fire up over Geelong hosting Richmond at Simonds Stadium

Richmond and Geelong are at loggerheads over their Round 21 clash.

The Cats’ home game will be played at Simonds Stadium, with the club and the league unwilling to move the blockbuster down the highway to a higher-capacity ground.

And it’s brought two legends of the clubs to grief.

Tiger icon Matthew Richardson and Geelong hero Cameron Ling clashed over the match’s venue on 3AW Sunday Football.

“Why don’t you like Geelong’s Melbourne-based members?” Richo asked Lingy.
