Port Adelaide pair traded to North Melbourne

North Melbourne has landed Jared Polec and Jasper Pittard for pick 11.

While Polec was long-expected to join the Roos, Pittard comes as a bit of a surprise.

3AW Breakfast’s Rumour File was told on Wednesday morning Pittard would be joining the Power.

The news became public an hour later.

North Melbourne has also sent a future fourth round pick to the Power, with Port Adelaide adding pick 48 to the deal.
