Port Adelaide suspends Sam Powell-Pepper
Port Adelaide has suspended Sam Powell-Pepper for one-game for breaking “team rules” at the weekend.
The young midfielder is facing allegations of inappropriate behaviour an Adelaide nightclub.
While Powell-Pepper denies the woman’s allegations, the Power has handed him a one-game sanction for being intoxicated and breaking curfew.
He’ll miss this week’s clash with Essendon.
The AFL is continuing its investigations into the alleged incident.
