Neil Mitchell thinks she nailed the current mood of many, many Melburnians.

Prue told Neil she started getting emotional on Thursday morning at the prospect of simply being able to have a picnic with her mother, who turned 88 last Saturday, at their favourite spot.

“I started to cry,” she said.

Daniel Andrews has since confirmed that will be allowed from Saturday.
