‘Risk worth taking’: Sam Docherty defends St Kilda after Max King’s latest setback
Sam Docherty has defended St Kilda’s handling of Max King, after a hamstring strain ruled out the Saints key forward for the rest of the season.
King returned for his first AFL game in 757 days on Sunday on North Melbourne, before leaving the game in the second half with hamstring tightness.
“I thought it was a risk worth taking,” Docherty said on Sports Today.
