Robbo thinks Jake Carlisle should have been given a free kick

Mark Robinson feels St Kilda should have been awarded a shot after the siren.

The Saints had a shout for a free kick in the dying seconds of their draw with GWS on Saturday afternoon.

Robbo told Sunday Sport a photo printed in the Herald Sun (above) showed Phil Davis’ arm around Jake Carlisle’s neck.

“It was a free kick every day of the week,” Robbo said.

But he said the decision didn’t cost the Saints two points.

“No doubt St Kilda cost themselves the game with their wayward inside 50s.”
