Sam Docherty opens up about Carlton’s horror season

Veteran Carlton defender Sam Docherty has urged his entire club to stick together as they continue to deal with

Change is expected at the Blues following the conclusion of a season that’s left plenty of big decision for incoming CEO Graham Wright to make.

Speaking on 3AW Football, Docherty didn’t hide his disappointment and frustration with how the 2025 season has played out.

“It’s been a frustrating year,” he said on 3AW.

“We’re all in it together. Fans, players, coaches and staff – we’re all searching for answers.

“It’s important as a football club that you stick together during these times.”
