Sam McClure and Richo slam ‘ridiculous’ comparison by Dick Pound

Sam McClure and Richo have discussed comments made by World Anti-Doping Agency’s founding president (WADA) Dick Pound.

McClure has slammed the comments which compare the AFL’s illicit drugs policy to state-run programs led by East Germany.

“That’s like comparing someone who got caught speeding 5k’s over the limit to someone doing 150 over the limit,” he said.

Richo called the comments ill-informed.

“This [The East German team] is systematic drug cheating,” he said.
