Sam McClure defends Josh Daicos and Scott Pendlebury attending Grand Prix event

Sam McClure has defended Josh Daicos and Scott Pendlebury attending the Glamour on the Gird event with their partners on the eve of their match against St Kilda.

Media outlets have criticied the move, and Matthew Lloyd asked McClure if it was the same as Jack Ginnivan attending the races on the eve of the Grand Final, with McClure stating “that’s a little different”.

“I just couldn’t believe we as the media would go down that path,” McClure said.
