Sam Mitchell re-joins Hawthorn as assistant coach

Sam Mitchell is back at Hawthorn.

After spending two years at West Coast – one as a player and one as an assistant coach, the 35-year-old has re-joined the club as an assistant coach for the 2019 season.

The 2012 Brownlow Medallist left the Hawks at the end of the 2016.

He played 307 games for the club over 14 seasons.
