Shaun Burgoyne signs contract extension
Shaun Burgoyne is playing on!
The Hawthorn veteran, who turns 36 in October, has signed a one-year contract extension.
He’s played 353 games across 17 seasons with the Hawks and previously Port Adelaide.
The four-time premiership player has battled hamstring problems this season.
He needs to play 19 more matches to pass Adam Goodes’ record for the most AFL games played by an indigenous footballer.
