Simon Goodwin’s admission on off-field turmoil
Melbourne coach Simon Goodwin has conceded the club’s turbulent off-season has “seeped through the walls” of the club, but has been buoyed by how united the playing group is.

But Goodwin said the playing group is determined to let their football do the talking.

“At times the (off-field) stuff is going to steep through,” he told 3AW Football.
“Everyone is talking about it around you, whether it’s family, friends or they’re reading the paper themselves.
“But the really good thing about this group is they’ve been really honest about where things are at.”
