Coaching giant Kevin Sheedy led the charge for a perfect handball, and now there’s scientific evidence backing up his theories following a request from an unnamed AFL club.

Dr Lyndell Bruce, from the School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences at Deakin University, went through how to execute the skill with Ross and Russ!
