St Kilda coach confirms interest in luring club great back to Moorabbin

St Kilda coach Brett Ratten has confirmed the Saints are keen to get Lenny Hayes back at Moorabbin.

Hayes is no longer an assistant coach at GWS and has been linked with a return to the club he played 297 games for.

“We’ll just keep pursuing that,” Ratten said on 3AW.

Ratten also addressed speculation David Rath could leave the Saints to join Alastair Clarkson’s coaching setup, wherever the legendary coach lands.

His answer left Matthew Lloyd “surprised”.
