Star Blue recruit Adam Cerra on how Carlton will play in 2022

Star Carlton recruit Adam Cerra says the Blues want to be known for their contested footy this season.

The Blues will line-up against Richmond for the second game of the season next week, looking to knock-off the Tigers for the first time since 2013.

“We want to be a strong contested team, and be strong on both sides of the ball,” he said on Sportsday.

“For us, it’s very flexible at the moment … we’re going to figure out what works best for us week by week.

“In doing so we want to bring our strengths to the table, and make sure what our team has to offer, and the talent we have at hand.”
