Star Bomber’s brutally honest comments ahead of crucial 2024 campaign

Star Essendon defender Mason Redman says there’s a different feel around the club heading into the new season.

The Bombers will be hoping for improvement in Brad Scott’s second year at the helm, telling Sam McClure it’s time for the players to take responsibility.

“Enough is enough,” he said on Wide World of Sports.

“Administration doesn’t win you finals, it’s the players on the field. That’s the way we’ve got to look at it. The buck stops with us really.”

Redman also said Nic Martin is “lighting the track up” in a new defensive role, plus had the latest on new recruit Nate Caddy.
