‘Step up or step down’: Caroline Wilson slams the ‘chaotic’ leadership at the AFL

The spotlight has been on AFL House in recent weeks and not for the right reasons, with many facets of the department “floundering” according to Caroline Wilson.

On 3AW Football, she has slammed Andrew Dillon’s and the other key figures’ leadership at the AFL and says the current situation at AFL House is a “crisis.”

“These are smart good people but none of them are showing leadership and none of them seem to be in the right roles.” Wilson said on 3AW Football.
