The moratorium Jimmy Bartel wants to see when Tasmania enters the AFL

Jimmy Bartel has called for a moratorium on whatever rules are decided to help Tasmania when the club enters the AFL.

He said the set of concessions needed to be agreed upon and fixed in place, so the league’s other clubs could plan.

“As soon as a team goes well, the first thing we do is take things off them,” he said, reflecting on the early experiences of the Gold Coast Suns and GWS.
