The two conditions Neil Mitchell says must apply if the NRL grand final comes to Melbourne

Rugby league boss Peter V’landys has opened the door for the NRL grand final to be held at the MCG.

Neil Mitchell reckons “there’s something going on behind the scenes” and says he’s “happy for the so-called meatheads to come, provided we take their money — empty their pockets”.

Neil says there are two other conditions he sees as non-negotiable of the event were to come to Melbourne.
