Todd Goldstein has opened up about being left out of North Melbourne’s side for the club’s thrilling first round win over West Coast.

Goldstein, who joined 3AW Football’s commentary team on Sunday, wasn’t picked for the Roos in news that left many fans and pundits shocked.

“I always knew it was touch and go what they were going to do,” he told 3AW Football.
