Tom Elliott clashes with pro-Palestine protester ‘excited’ to shut down major arterial road

Tom Elliott has clashed with a pro-Palestine protester over a planned protest on Sunday.

Co-convener of Students for Palestine, Jasmine Duff has told Tom Elliott she’s excited to attend the protest in solidarity with protesters who plan to shut down the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

“It’s so important in this moment, where we’re seeing mass-starvation kill thousands and thousands of people in the Gaza Strip, that people in Australia are willing to raise their voices,” she said.

The interview got heated after The Mornings host’s question regarding if she had ever protested against Hamas for their actions on October 7 was initially ignored.
