Tom Elliott on why Victoria should follow the New South Wales approach with elderly drivers

Tom Elliott has shared his opinion on elderly drivers after a 92-year old woman ended up in the Yarra River after her Mercedes clipped another car Sunday night.
He says Victoria should follow New South Wales lead where elderly people over the age of 75 have a medical assessment every year to keep their license
“We have this silly system in Victoria where it is up to family members to quietly suggest an older driver shouldn’t be driving anymore. This system doesn’t work,” he said.
