Tom Elliott has pointed out some “massive flaws” with the state government’s plans to raise the age of criminal responsibility from 10 to 14.

The 3AW Mornings host also responded to caller Peter, who brought up the sickening attack at Altona beach last week involving a 14-year-old autistic girl.

“It is going to have unintended consequences,” Elliott said.
