Tony Shaw blasts Carlton’s ‘arrogant’ decision

Tony Shaw has blasted the Blues’ decision not to apply for a priority pick.

Despite their woeful form over the past two seasons, Carlton has declined to apply to the AFL for a draft concession to help fast-track their rebuild.

Shaw told 3AW Football it comes down to “arrogance”.

“It is total arrogance on that club not to allow the coach to have the opportunity,” Shaw said.

“It is stupidity.”
