Violent brawl breaks out in the middle of Hoddle Street after MCG clash

Violence has broken out after the football at the MCG for the second week in a row.

A group of six men in footy jumpers have been filmed punching and kicking each other in the middle of Hoddle Street after Sunday’s Collingwood v Carlton clash at the MCG.

The video, filmed at about 7.30pm, shows one man being floored.

The attackers then punch and kick his body and head.

Police are investigating the assault.

It follows last week’s bashing of a man after the Richmond v Essendon match on Saturday night.
