‘We cannot control that’: West Coast coach’s approach to Harley Reid media mania
West Coast coach Adam Simpson concedes the club cannot control the local hype over Harley Reid, but says the high-profile number one draft pick still has plenty of work to do.

Despite the Perth media plastering Reid’s face all over TV stations and newspapers, Simpson said it was important the number one draft pick focused on continual improvement and tried to ignore the hype.
“He isn’t a mature type,” Simpson told 3AW Football.
