Western Bulldogs assistant coach provides update on Jamarra Ugle-Hagan’s return

Western Bulldogs assistant coach Brendon Lade has confirmed Jamarra Ugle-Hagan has completed multiple sessions as he builds up his fitness.
The important forward stepped away from regular training over the summer due to personal issues, but trained with the club’s VFL team on Monday night as he remains on a flexible program.
While it’s widely tipped he won’t feature in the early part of the season, Lade says Ugle-Hagan will continue to build fitness with the goal of him returning to the senior side at some point in 2025.

“He trained with the VFL program (on Monday and did weights (on Tuesday and Wednesday),” he told Jimmy Bartel on Wide World of Sports.
“His program is tracking so we hopefully get him back at some stage this year.”
