What Harry McKay thinks of simmering Charlie Curnow trade tensions

Charlie Curnow’s future is one of the key storylines heading into what’s expected to be a chaotic trade period.

The Carlton forward’s name has been linked to moves interstate, with Curnow reportedly raising a possibility of a trade during his exit meeting.

Teammate Harry McKay told Wide World of Sports that he’s had limited contact with Curnow since he jetted off overseas on holidays.

“I haven’t messaged Charlie too much (about his trade situation),” he said on 3AW.

“He’s currently in Mexico sipping on a couple of cocktails. I’m sure he’s using that as a good time to get away and chill out, and he’ll be ready to go when he gets back.”
