Richmond legend Kevin Bartlett has had his say on the situation surrounding Tigers defender Noah Balta, who is due to be sentenced next week after pleading guilty to an assault last December.

Bartlett admitted to being “confused” by the AFL and the penalties they hand out, and referenced young GWS player Josh Fahey, who was suspended for four weeks after the dress up controversy last year.
