What Steele Sidebottom wants to see from Mason Cox in blockbuster final

Steele Sidebottom is hoping Collingwood can use returning forward Mason Cox’s “great aerial ability” in Thursday night’s crunch Qualifying Final.

Cox makes his return to the Pies senior for the first time since Round 19, with Dan McStay dropped for the clash against Adelaide.

Sidebottom told Wide World of Sports pre-match that Cox’s start to the match would hopefully set the tone for a big night ahead.

“Mason Cox comes in with great aerial ability,” he said.

“I’d love to see the big yank grab one early and get his confidence early sky eye.”
