What Tony Shaw ‘finds difficult’ about Port Adelaide’s succession plan

It’s been a rocky start to season 2025 for Port Adelaide after a heavy defeat to Collingwood on Saturday night.

All focus has turned to the Port Adelaide’s highly-critiqued succession plan, with Josh Carr set to take over as coach in 2026.

“I find it difficult that an assistant coach is sitting behind your back,” Shaw said on 3AW Football.
