Matthew Lloyd has a seemingly simple question.

Who is the second-best team in the AFL?

Lloydy says Richmond is clearly the best team in the league right now, but isn’t sure who the best challenger is.

He told 3AW Football it’s down to GWS, Adelaide, and Geelong.

“I’m going to pick Geelong because, come the business end of the season, you have to win in Melbourne,” Lloydy said.

“I’ve got no faith in the Giants.”
