Who Matthew Lloyd thinks Christian Petracca is playing like after hot start to the season

Gold Coast Suns midfielder Christian Petracca has thrived in his new environment, starring in his first two games against Geelong and West Coast.

And Matthew Lloyd thinks there’s a certain player that head coach Damien Hardwick is playing him like to start the season.

“A lot of people think he’s six for six on Brownlow votes,” Lloyd said on 3AW Drive.

“He’s got an ability to communicate and build relationships, but he’s got a ruthless edge to him,” he said on Hardwick.

“They were a bit soft and inconsistent when he (Hardwick) got up there .. but he’s changing the narrative with them now.”
