Who Perth is getting behind on grand final day!

Perth is rocking ahead of its historic grand final debut on Saturday.

The biggest game of the AFL season will be played in Western Australia for the first time.

“We know that it’s a one-off, but if it is, let’s do it properly, let’s do it uniquely and I’m confident it’ll be a massive occasion,” 6PR Breakfast host Gareth Parker said on 3AW.

He said the city was buzzing, revealing most locals had picked a side to support on Saturday.

“There are a lot of Melbourne and Doggies fans here, anyway, but I think most people have picked a team,” Parker said.

“Melbourne is obviously the sentimental favourite.”
