‘Whole squad trust’: Lloyd Meek’s assessment of Hawthorn’s start to the season

Hawthorn ruckman Lloyd Meek has given his thoughts on the Hawks’ early form to start the season, and how impressed he’s been with the players who’ve come in to replace key players out with injury.
Meek told Jimmy Bartel it’s a real credit to the Box Hill program with how ready everybody seems to be coming up to AFL level.
“There’s just a real whole squad trust there,” Meek said on Wide World of Sports.

“I think we’re tracking well, but we know we’ve still got a lot of things to work on.
“We probably for a couple of weeks there, stopped playing our way.”
