Why Matthew Lloyd ‘can’t see’ Carlton winning 2025 premiership

Matthew Lloyd has explained why he “can’t see” Carlton breaking break their 30-year premiership drought in 2025.

Speaking on the 3AW Football season preview podcast, the Essendon great said the lack of consistency shown by the Blues in recent seasons could continue to be a major issue.

“I can’t see (a premiership) at this point in time, they don’t have the consistency of other teams,” Lloyd said on 3AW Football.
