Melbourne has been placed under the microscope after their shocking loss to St Kilda in round 20. Caroline Wilson believes that a lack of stable leadership with no full-time president or permanent CEO could be hindering the Demons.
Beyond the on-field performance, Wilson believes that despite the financial repercussions, senior figures at the Dees could be pushed out at the conclusion of the 2025 season.
“I can tell you morale is low and there is an appetite for change at Melbourne,” Wilson said on 3AW Football.

“I’m concerned for Alan Richardson’s role, and even though it would take a one-million-dollar payout to remove Simon Goodwin, there is no doubt that it is something that is being entertained.
