The daughter of a man whose ashes are stored at a Springvale temple which has been destroyed by fire says she’s “devastated”.

Jenny Tang’s father died in 2019 and his ashes were kept at the Bright Moon Temple, which went up in flames on Sunday night.

Ms Tang says the remains of up to 1000 people are stored at the temple.
