Woolworths announces role redundancies in major shake-up

Woolworths is set for a major shake-up.

As Tom Elliott first hinted at on 3AW Drive, the Australian supermarket chain is making significant changes to its operation.

Managers and employees were informed of the changes over the past two days.

The company says there will be no “net reduction in staff numbers” but some roles would be made redundant.
