Richmond great Kevin Bartlett has shared his thoughts on what Essendon interim coach Dean Solomon can do differently to help turn things around for the club.

Solomon has lost his first five games as interim coach, with a daunting task ahead against Brisbane at the Gabba on Sunday.

“Lay down a challenge to the players,” Bartlett said on Sports Today.
