3AW Afternoons

Monday - Friday / 12:00pm - 3:00pm

Denis Walter is one of Victoria’s most iconic voices, in more ways than one.

He has hosted 3AW Afternoons since 2008, keeping Melburnians up-to-date during the working week while interviewing local stars and some of the biggest international names around.

Before that, Denis presented news and weather on WIN and Channel Nine for several years.

He has also enjoyed a decorated singing career, with his incredible baritone voice giving Australians spine-tingles every Christmas Eve at the annual Carols by Candlelight concert.

Denis lives in Geelong and takes every opportunity to spruik his beloved Cats.
